Confidence is certainty you know what you’re doing. When you don’t feel confident, it can be easy to get caught up in your feelings of inadequacy and doing anything other than what you need to move forward. The common advice to, 'fake it till you make it' and 'strike your power pose' sound good, but does nothing to help you muster up the courage to go after what you want. About six years ago, I began seeing this image in my mind of lego-like looking people getting plugged into a giant globe. Once they were connected to this giant ball, they would light up like a light bright toy. This vision was in my dreams, my thoughts and my conversations.
